ORDER DETAILS

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.

Our standard order processing time is up to five business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Our orders ship from California so arrival time will vary based on your shipping address.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so many orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please reach out to support@luckyones.la if you've made a mistake and we will our best to fix it

CLIENT SERVICES

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order after this window has passed, please reach out to support@luckyones.la.

If your package has been returned to our warehouse, please contact us for further assistance.

If you receive a defective or damaged order, please contact us at support@luckyones.la with photos of the damaged or incorrect item as well as your order number. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will handle it from there. 

Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case-by-case basis. Items that are received damaged/defective qualify for a refund. We may be able to exchange your order for a replacement, but this is subject to stock levels.

Shipping costs for original purchases and returns are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning the package.

We are unable to provide returns for orders outside the USA.

Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we do not hold specific stock for exchanges. Please double-check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering. If you wish to exchange an item please contact support@luckyones.la to see if we can accommodate the exchange.

For orders outside the United States, customers will be subject to local customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receiving their order, and you, the customer, are responsible for this.
